To the defense of any president, they generally keep a schedule that I dont think that I could (nor would I want to) do.

No wonder he’s falling asleep in meetings.

Lo, no accord shall bloom 'twixt us and that realm, save they do kneel in token of their utter, soul-deep shame! No parley shall we hold, no treaty sign, until their will is broken, and their strength doth lie as dust before our might. -DJT, 3/6/26

See, that guy was actually proper left wing. And, it has to be said, a very decent bloke.

                I was only joking

Best PM Britain never had, Tony Benn

Fought for years to give up his hereditory peerage in order to continue serving as MP.
There when times were hard yet some great things (NHS) were done by politicians.

A democratic socialist for the people who, despite being brought up a posh boy, stuck to his ideals and liked a simple cuppa and his pipe.

And a very engaging personality who was never afraid to go to the heart of things.

He’s either lying or fantasizing. In any case the asshole has pissed Meloni off again:

Italy's prime minister, Giorgia Meloni, has said she is astonished after President Donald Trump told Italian TV she had "begged" him for a picture with her, in comments that have provoked an open row between the two leaders.

Meloni has said his comments were entirely "made-up", and Italian Foreign Minister Antonio Tajani has cancelled a trip to the US early next week.

                    "Vaffanculo Trump, testa di cazzo!”

                    Elbows up!
