Thanks Aqua. It's still heartbreaking to see these. It doesn't feel like 20 years at all.

Last night I was watching uncut news footage from like 845am-10am that day. I find it fascinating how the news and commentary made at the time. It also gave me chills when they cut to the pentagon on fire with a "We have reports the pentagon has also been attacked" line. I vividly recall that is what @Aqua-Letifer told me (his dorm room was next to mine at the time) that made me pop out of bed and watch the news. I also remember thinking the twin towers collapsing was a sight to see but figured they had been evacuated by then.

Listened to Bongino's podcast today. One of the agents he was working with that day had military flight experience and told him immediately after the first plane hit, this was no accident. There were 300 agents in NYC that day, and they all reported in as soon as they could. For some, it took hours.
One, they couldn't locate. By the end of the day, they were pretty sure he was dead.
Bongino said he worked on some of the aspects of the attack and was privy to some of the investigation, stating that the facts given by the government were true as best he knew and that he had no time for the conspiracy nuts.
The problem he did have, was the Patriot Act and some of the misuse of power spurred on by the new law.

I'd never seen this footage.
I believe the person who had that footage discovered he did only in the last couple years.
Can you imagine how many thousands of 4K HD videos there would be today from cell phones everywhere?
