I’m sitting in Newark airport, which I generally try to avoid, but United has a nonstop to Naples and no one else does.
This is the same United that didn’t deliver my bag coming back from Munich. Still missing since 8/26.
I’ve never outright lost a bag before. They always got them to me in a day or three on the few times I lost one.
This could be a first.
By the way I’m not checking a bag today. I packed light.

I have been lucky. In all my travels, I have only had a bag delayed one time, and it was delivered the next day.
I have purchased Air Tags and put one of those in my check suitcase when I travel now. I think it would be helpful if ever the bag goes missing.
