After spending most of my life studying internet videos, my conclusion is most likely the black car was turning left onto that road (notice the first frame the black car is merging in front of the white car), and the white car honked. A second possibility is the white car did something to piss the black car off who then overtook and cut in front of the white car.

My PhD dissertation on internet car videos is simple: Never get out of your car, and also never let another driver get under your skin. It isn't worth life-long consequences to save 10 seconds on the road. Also, if you wave and smile at someone who is flicking you off, you have won the battle.
