Federal RICO statutes are very tightly worded and almost never apply.

State RICO statues are all over the map. Apparently GA’s is pretty broad.

Good questions. Trump running would be great for the dems. It would guarantee a Biden 2nd term and likely Kamala 1st term once Biden steps down.
