It doesn't seem to me that you understand this issue very well.
Well that certainly marks me out as being in a minority of one.
I could certainly be wrong of course. But writing off a reaction that spans an entire country—and goes against the best interests of everyone involved—shouldn't be written off as "those mean old rednecks." That's stupid.

So is writing off anybody within the alphabet community as a freak and a weirdo.
Sure, it may be intended to attack the online extremist types, but there's plenty of run-of-the-mill folk being impacted by these attitudes.

Absolutely. That's exactly why it's so damaging to overlook the opportunistic sociopaths who are ginning this up. It's the actual trans community who gets hurt the most because they get implicated in all this. If you actually care about that, a much more effective target for condemnation would be the sociopaths.
They're causing this.
I mean game it through. Do you actually think this whole thing is about hating alphabet people? Are there really enough alphabet-hating people in America who hate them so much that they'd boycott a product they love and cause a 30-percent operating profit loss for Bud Light? That's absolutely ridiculous. This is about nihilistic fucks running amok and the left treating them like queens. If it was about transgendered people there wouldn't be enough activity to make the local news.

From several things I've read and a few gay folks I've talked to...Many in the homosexual community are not very happy with the trans mania.
Does that make them bigoted, too?
Shit the people I hear complaining about it the most are the actually trans people.

Well, it's important to understand that rank and file indoctrinated lefties (or to their own framing, centrists) do believe the country is chock full of Trump voters who hate minorities of all types. I'm not making that up, go check out WTF sometime when the subject turns to American culture. That's just a random cross section of mainstream white folk.

It gets back to the well known study of how well various groups of people understand, and are able to predict, the attitudes of other groups. Educated white people are the most disconnected from reality of everybody. They believe they are islands of goodness in a sea of American hatred. Which makes sense, as they are surrounded almost entirely by people in their own tribe, and it feels good to believe one is more virtuous than everybody else.

Are you suggesting those people are something other than queens?

I would indeed suggest they're "something else."
