Nasty storms rolling in…

Hope you made it home ok. I heard about the dc panic and government shut down at 3pm, which id imagine resulted in a rush on grocery stores and scares of the 2013 derecho. I’d also imagine it ended up being a normal uneventful storm for most of the area.
We are on our cabin/lake vacation. Beautiful weather, high around 79 and sunny most days. We pick up our pontoon tomorrow for a few days of use. Spent today at Paul Bunyan land. Best amusement park for kids on the planet. Great rides, zero lines, it’s really remarkable. It’s also really in the middle of nowhere

We’re under a tornado watch, with a helluva thunderstorm rolling in. I’m currently stuck in rush hour trying to beat the storm to my house…
