ad blockers block tweets and apparently the skins. Once I turned them off tweets appear and the skin works!

I never see the Twitter link on the post -- I only know there is something there because it's blank, and then I have to "quote" to see it.
What's the solution?

@Ivorythumper try close all TNCR browser windows, clear browser cache, then get back into TNCR. It might just your browser remembering old stuff.

So it works on Internet Explorer (ugh) but I can't get it to work on Firefox -- does anyone else have this issue ?

Nope on Safari on Mac. Edge on Mac is fine too. Firefox on Mac is working as well.

This may come down to ad blockers and tracking protection software.
On my Mac with Safari, I see embedded tweets just fine; I'm running Adblock Plus and Ghostery Lite, both with default settings.
If you know which ad blocking and/or tracking protection software you are using, try researching on the web on how to check if your ad blocking or tracking protection software is blocking embedded tweets.
