I thought I read about a group that was run by Black Panthers… And most of today’s Rainbow Warriors are fighting for the same things, just with a heavier emphasis on queer…

Yeah the Rainbow Coalition was original a Black Panthers organization. Jackson took it and renamed it Rainbow Coalition/PUSH.
