This is a well curated but incomplete list. If you click on the district, it will take you to the district’s documents detailing the policy.
I can’t express how abhorrent I find these policies. This is a crime. Loss of teaching certification is not nearly enough. School Boards and administrators that implement these policies need to face civil and criminal charges. Teachers that adhere to the policies as well. Following orders just doesn’t cut it.

Surprised how few districts there are in NY. Though it includes NYC (>1MM students)

Interesting that Ohio has Cincinnati and two well-heeled districts in Columbus.

Perhaps they feel it’s not necessary? In blue areas they likely expect the families to celebrate… After all, most of the chicks there have penis envy, anyway.

Nothing about our school district yet. What a mess to even have to deal with this lunacy.

Can there be any question at all that this is wrong?

Ain't none in Louisiana. I find it interesting that Round Rock made the Texas List. Also interesting about New York vs. New Jersey.

There is question, and the answers some of us come to are in favor of keeping info from parents. The trick is to try to understand that answer within normal human psychology. No sense in pathologizing it, since it's so widespread. By definition it's normal thought processes.
I'm satisfied that it's arbitrary cultural programmability, in pursuit of social advantage.
