Agreed that it feels fake. Same hat (as the doc said), I'd imagine the front woman should've been able to feel it, so maybe it's a wig, and the person taking the video doesn't step in.

I think it’s possibly even sisters. Very similar hair, and the one in front is blocking the screen on purpose.
