Let’s say I am a Westboro Baptist Church type of “Christian” or a deeply fundamental Muslim. I approach your company and ask you to create content for my website proclaiming that God Hates Fags and Sodomizers will burn in eternal torment.

No need to go to that extreme. Just do as Crowder did - go to a Mohammeden bakery and ask them to make a wedding cake for you and your husband.

It's really quite simple, isn't it?

    Almost.

Much of the reason for Christians being pummeled in this country lies in the nature of the religion. Have a gay group (pick one, any one) start a series of lawsuits such as has been brought against the Colorado bakery, except make it a Muslim bakery.

Chances are very good that a member of that group might find their head on a shovel as a lawn ornament. Not to mention the folks down at the bakery have lots more shovels, with the Faithful standing in line to use them.

Suddenly, the thought of dying for one principles isn't worth the cost of the cake.

This isn't really true. They're not going after Jews, Sikhs, Hindus, Buddhists either, none of whom have the reputation the Muslims do. The reason that Christians are reported on as doing this is that it's by far the biggest American religion.

Are there really a lot of Islamic wedding cake bakers out there?

    I was only joking

      A few takeaways

      1. 48% of blacks DO NOT disagree with the Affirmative Action decision. I find that interesting.

      2. I was far more disappointed to see just how many people disagreed with the Loan Forgiveness decision. 45 for and 40 against is really disappointing regarding people’s opinion about rule of law vs. emotion. I also have serious questions for the 15% that are in between.

      3. 43-42 on the Religious Freedom ruling? Either Amend the Constitution or sit down and shut up in the back of the short bus…

      @LuFins-Dad

I’ve followed the polling re Affirmative Action over the years and it depends a lot on wording.

If you ask of race should be taken into consideration, people, including in some polls a majority of blacks, are against it.

If you ask about “Affirmative Action”, it does much better. It seems to have a good brand and/or people don’t actually understand what it entails.

Perception is reality. Deserved or not, Muslims do have a reputation for defending their faith vigorously and sometimes violently. In this country, Christians do not.

Part of that lies in the faith, with Christians knowing they will be mocked, scorned and discriminated against. Not saying that all are pacifists, just saying that some of this stuff is expected.

Finally. I would like to be permitted to perform egregiously disgusting sex acts in random conference rooms at the law offices of Verkhovets Law. It is long past time for all good Americans to fornicate upon the faces of the good lawyers of Verkhovets law. Our virtue demands our participation in acts of depravity within your offices. Thank you Verkhovets Law for being an ally, and please have hazmat suits and fire hoses available for the cleanup, after our virtues are spent all over your walls.

It's a Canadian firm, so, you're probably out of luck there, friend.
