Needed to put together a quick dinner AND pickup Karla’s prescription, soooo... Costco Rotisserie Chicken for 4.99 (nobody can top that) a Costco handcrafted Mac & Cheese (5.99), and Blistered Shishito Peppers (Costco has a pack ready for the skillet for 4.99 only 5 minutes). For $16 I had a restaurant quality meal for 3.15 people, and the leftover chicken is boiled down and separated into stock and meat for tomorrow’s pot pie. Topped off with an interesting sour beer and a Monte Cristo in the back yard planning out the next part of the patio.

That's a great deal for a rotisserie chicken. You know, those are great for gumbo...

Nice! It's not fancy but I usually use the leftover rotisserie chicken for quick lunches. I just nuke it and schlop some BBQ sauce on it. Tasty.

Sounds delicious! Costco's chickens cannot be beat.

Costco fun fact: The biggest selling store is in Republic of Korea, and the second biggest selling store is in Taichung, Taiwan!

Three of Taiwan stores (out of 13) rank in the top ten in the biggest selling stores worldwide.

The saying, "Lite is just one damn thing after another," is a gross understatement. The damn things overlap.
