Yes, and there was all this outrage over Manafort and Flynn being registered as foreign agents.

She won by 10.

a primary in a single district isn't going to be very well polled. I doubt its possible to see a 40pt gap or even a 10pt gap between polled numbers and reality on a national scale.

But I agree with your main point that we should be wary of polls.
