Insanity. If you watch the video, Penny is concerned about the health of Neely once he lets go. Zero malice, which I know isnt requires for involuntary manslaughter…still, others (including a black man) also helped with restraining Neely.
What a world we live in if heroes are punished.

I would like everybody who supports this, especially the idiot politicians, to be asked whether they think a black Daniel Penny would have been charged. I just want their blatant lies to be on record.
Better yet, I want all public officials in NYC to ride the subway at least 30 minutes every day. Without bodyguards or police protection.

Yes, from what I have see and hear, the guy (Penny) did nothing wrong. As I said in the other thread about this, being on a subway with a crazy person is scary. They dont have to be directly confronting you either.

Bragg is Manhattan, which is New York County. I live in Westchester County.

Fun fact: each borough of NYC is its own county. So we have one city spanning 5 counties.

Guilt by geographic association.

So this hasn’t been brought up in a while… The trial has started, and so far we’ve discovered that:
The homeless guy was still alive 10 minutes after the police arrived.
The police administered Narcam because of a drug overdose
The police were told by their superiors to not administer CPR for fear of contracting Hepatitis.
Why are we here, again?
