I googled the image - once I found it, it was "Of course!"
But my initial guesses were grain elevator. I thought silo, but all the stuff on the interior walls made me realize that my guess was plumb wrong.

Interesting. I have assume that the Leaning Tower of Pisa was a "building" of sort that originally had a purpose other than decoration.

I guess it was a catholic bell tower. I believe the designer of it was only wearing one shoe when he was doing the initial construction of it.
