                The .9% number is an inflationary gauge. A ticket costs roughly 1% more. The -39% is a volume gauge. That’s the drop in the total dollars a spent on airfare. Fewer people flying…

                  Yes, it seems like that is wrong. I have taken quite a few flights in the past year, and I think that air travel is all increased.

                    I keep wondering why they would want me to think air travel was decreasing.

                    I do know some routes are being discontinued, but I suspect they were not fully utilized.
