Minnesotan Governor recently signed it into law. The main provisions in the new law seem to be:

    1. Expanded background checks that include some private sale transfers.

    2. Allowing authorities to ask a court to issue certain orders to temporarily remove firearms from individuals deemed to be an imminent threat to themselves or to others.

What do our resident Minnesotans have say about this?

Private sale transfers are impossible to police. Feels good, but ain't happening.

Red flag laws exist in several states, but are seldom used. Should be interesting.

@Axtremus I don't really have an opinion. I already have my gun and plenty of ammo.

What! None for the wife and kids?
