This is a good video.
As much as I like the Internet Archive for many things they do, and I believe that they had good intentions with the "emergency lending" during the pandemic, ultimately I think the judge ruled fairly in accordance with the applicable laws and the video's author analyzed the case fairly.
Indeed the redress should come from Congress who unfortunately in these days are stuck grandstanding on whether to plunge the nation off the "debt ceiling" cliff.
