They’re so cheap if I end up replacing it it won’t be a big deal.
You will love the tomato knife, especially if, like me, you live on tomato sandwiches in the summer. Their grapefruit knife is great too.
I think this week's task is culling the herd in the knife drawer. Just no room for anything new.
RADA also makes a pretty handy little knife sharpener.

Yup. I posted a "project farm" video looking at knife sharpeners. Based on his recommendation, I bought one. It's great.
We got a guy who comes once a month to the local farmers market who sharpens knives on the spot.
If you can't sharpen a knife, we're gonna revoke your Man Card.
I have a Henkel sharpener - zip, zap, done. Puts a nice edge on.
