      Is that a red jambalaya in the pot? If so, a nice chicken and andouille gumbo freezes well.

        Oh, it's just because she couldn't feel her feet very well, but that will get taken care of in a couple of weeks. Neurosurgeon will do a little reaming and shaving, and things should be much better.

          @Jolly Yes, it wasn’t quite done when I sent the pic, but it rounded out well. Halfway through I realized I had no Frank’s Red Hot and only Chipotle Tabasco, so I combined the Chipotle Tabasco with some Peri-Peri sauce. Turned out with some nice heat. Still missing File powder.
