I think it's less damaging to think of these punks as wrongo individuals rather than members of some culture meme -- not to mention less inaccurate. Thinking "culture" whenever a black commits a crime is moving the die toward the guarantee of the next event happening.

Low-lifes happen in all cultures and socio-economic backgrounds. A complicated issue that is continually trivialized by generalizations from the left, centre and right.
I don’t know if there’s a common denominator defining low-life violence. Culture? Poverty? Pathology? Ignorance? Stupidity? Fear?

It's true that low-lifes exist across the spectrum. But what is also true - and we've talked about it a good bit - is the epidemic of violence in the American black community.
