It’s really about the vegetables, man… That’s becoming my favorite part of the eating… Skewer some onions, peppers, tomatoes, zucchini, etc… Baste with some evoo, salt, pepper, and maybe a little garlic powder… Simple but tasty.
The reds weren’t bad, either…
