Show me your grill and I might have a better suggestion.

It’s buried, but one of these…

Planning on adding on a barrel smoker next month. Smokey Joe or a Weber Bullet.

I have the 22". You really shouldn't have any debris coming off a Weber One Touch.

I put down a bunch of pavers a couple years ago, but never sealed them. I never even thought about it.

So, I just googled around about this.

It is unanimous among guys who sell sealant or sealing services that pavers must be sealed, some insist they should be sealed right away.

Maybe I'll seal them, maybe not. The pavers are used in a garden path and I might like a little natural patina.

If you get a Slow-N-Sear you can smoke all you want on the kettle, especially the 26".

Yeah the patio looks great! Are the joints filled with polymetric sand? Waiting 6 weeks. 12 weeks. 52 weeks... No matter what there will be dirt, pollen, dust, debris when it comes time to seal and sealing has to be done, I believe, when it's very dry before and after (aka no rain). Anyway, not helpful.... good luck. If worried about grill-related spills, you could always put a small tarp below the grill until you're ready to seal.

              Need more space… and zones…

If I can do a packer brisket on my PK, you can surely do it on a 26 kettle.

See, you have a 2nd grill… (And I do like the PK, sooo many choices….)

What I can’t do on the Weber is grill some brats and veggies for lunch while smoking that brisket for dinner… I can’t be grilling pineapple while smoking 2 racks of rib and roasting 6 ears of corn and a pan of drip pan potatoes… And I can never smoke three racks of ribs that are hanging over the coals for 6 hours while also grilling burgers, hot dogs and various other stuff…

It’s one thing to cook for me, Karla, and Finley… but add on Lucas, his girlfriend, maybe 1-2 of their friends, and maybe Karla and I have a couple of friends over? Need more surface and more temperature zones…

I have 3 if you count my Broil King gasser. But I have a bigger area for them and a half acre yard.
If you really thing you will be smoking and grilling at the same time you will need another unit. I'd suggest a good gas grill or a pellet smoker. Easy peasy.

                      Maybe an offset smoker?

Definitely if you want the best outcome and smoke profile, but it’s a commitment. You have to add a split every 45 minutes or so.
