I saw these rumors quite a while ago, and when I checked it out, it was false. I think I looked at Snopes back then.

There's a legal term for that; fraudulent preference.
Although given Trump’s history, I am confident that he paid all his bills in full to subcontractors with mob affiliations. That too could fall under fraudulent preference .
