XFL, 2-0 record. Looking pretty good today.
At $18/general admission, not bad football for the price. Fairly decent crowd.

Love to see a team in New Orleans. Tulane's stadium is brand new and would be a great venue

Funny, I have a buddy who has been talking up the DC Defenders for a while now. I always thought he was joking but he seems to be serious...

The game yesterday was between two of the league's better teams. It ain't the NFL, but it's not bad. I've seen a few games and they've mostly been pretty competitive.
Some of the rules are a little different. I think some are better. Kickoffs are different, and much safer. No kicking for extra points, instead they have a one-point, two-point or three-point conversion, starting at the two, five and ten yard-lines. Teams have a choice between trying for an on-side kick, or getting the ball on their own 35, Fourth and 15. The last two minutes of each half have college clock rules - the clock stops on a first down to move the chains.
