That is pretty crazy!! I did have dinner one time on the cable car that runs between Singapore and Sentosa island. It takes maybe 15 minutes or so round trip. Each round trip, they would bring out another part of the meal. I remember that the food was not too good, but I was not really there for the food..

I think that it's pretty much a given that food served on anything that moves is not going to be the greatest.
