They might be worried about making Ginsberg's mistake. But it seems a little late. I have it on good authority that McConnell thinks replacements shouldn't occur this close to an election. lol
If one or both announced their retirement for June 2021, that would add some excitement to the election season.

Do people here think that there should be a mandatory retirement age for the justices?
Would that require a change to the constitution?
