A call for a mostly peaceful protest.

Isn't using the internet to organize and promote violence kinda illegal?

The 4 videos. Very long. To save you time:
Video 1: Shows the traffic stop where the suspect semi-resisted and when pepper sprayed and tased, flees on foot. Cops get mad they were caught in the pepper spray.
Video 2: The 2:00 to 4:00 mark shows the bad stuff. Kicked in head, baton beaten…ok those two things maybe to get him to put hands behind back. But then hand held back by a cop while other cops take turns punch him? Not good.
Video 3: The baton cop. You can see him get mad he gets pepper sprayed then goes in for some baton hits after losing his cool.
Video 4: Half audio, not much added.
It’s weird, the cops acted so ghetto and immature once they got caught with pepper spray. Sure the guy resisted arrest but it quickly spiraled into nearly a gang beating after the cops get pissed off.

Van Jones is smarter than this.

Systemic. It’s so bad that it turned these 4 African American men racist against their own.

They were raised in a culture of violence, incubated by systemic oppression. The CRT take writes itself.

Someone is claiming that Nichols was grabbing for one of the cop's gun. That will likely be their defenses strategy.

Haven’t watched the video, but you aren’t restraining someone by beating the crap out of them.

Because basketball players have a special insight into this beating.
Memphis Grizzlies coach Taylor Jenkins watched a televised interview Friday of Tyre Nichols' mother speaking about the loss of her son and he lost control of his emotions.
"I cried," Jenkins said.
The outrage, frustration, sadness and anger was evident around the basketball world Friday, the day a video was released showing how Nichols, a 29-year-old father, was killed by five Memphis police officers. The NBA, WNBA and several teams released statements of support for the family, as did the players' unions.

The question to ask is who has the prevalent culture of violence.
Not at all. This isn’t about race. It’s about class and it’s about power.

I disagree. The genesis of this originated in the culture these guys grew up in - all of them.

Nah, Mik was right.
Young blacks (unless they are middle class and above) are raised in a very violent culture. That can hang with them for the rest of their life.
