Unclear on the concept

The point isn't whether Trump (or anyone else on that team we see nightly) wears a mask. Presumably, he would either know, or be shown, how to wear it properly.
This woman needs some education, and being the leader of the congressional task force, she should have asked "how does this thing work?"
The point is precisely that the people we see briefing the nation on TV have or should have been briefed about wearing mask as best practice and still they choose not to do it. This (relatively) lowly Congresswoman at least heed the advise to wear a mask, albeit imperfectly.

I can't figure out why I'm seeing a lot of partial threads... is this a setting issue?

“Vice President Mike Pence tours Mayo Clinic without coronavirus mask even though he was told to wear one”
Seriously, if you don’t do it for yourself, at least do it for the sick people and the medical workers you’re visiting.

Agreed. -
I saw that in the news also, and Vice President Pence said he did not have to because he gets tested quite often along with everyone around him. He should know then that people can be showing no symptoms but still have the disease.

Just out of peer pressure I’m surprised he kept a mask off. When everyone around you is talking in a mask/muffle voice.... it’s awkward if you aren’t doing the same.
He was projecting leadership. And spittle.
