I don't see how it's in society's interest to have white male cops anymore. We just need to surrender that hill. I don't expect the policing to get any better statistically whatsoever but the viral videos will be eliminated.

I agree. It is always easy to "second guess" and look at things from the background when you are sitting in your chair and watching video. But in real time, it is a different story. I certainly would not want to be a policeman.
