At the news conference he said the documents were stored with his Corvette.
I guess it is possible that he thinks his Trans-Am is a Corvette.

Some are calling for disclosure of the visitor logs at the Delaware home. Apparently official logs are not kept (wouldn't want to disclose who sees POTUS, just in case, while not at the WH). However, the Secret Service does keep a record.

More papers found today, in another location at his house.
So by saying he takes this "seriously," I guess he means, he doesn't really know.
Also, this raises the question: Who's looking at these documents, and why are they being moved around? Presumably, they were all in one place, at one time, and now, they're in three different locations that we know of.

Karl Rove commented that CBS News was aware of the fact that there were classified documents in unauthorized locations AT THE TIME they were found - in November. CBS alleges that they reached out to the White House, and got no reply.
CBS knew, and they were silent.

So far, we're up to four locations. Most recently, in the file cabinet in
the SCIFBiden's home office. Somehow that belies the narrative that the last days of the Obama administration were chaotic and "things just got thrown in there." This was a deliberate placement.One theory is that there's movement by Democrats to have Biden step aside and not run in 2024 paving the way for

The unearthing of these documents gives a credible reason to have him not run.Another theory I've read is that the attorney investigating Hunter Biden pushed to have these documents "found" because they contain evidence of Hunter and Joe's improprieties regarding foreign countries.
By the way, how is it that, in 2018, Hunter claimed that he owned the house where Joe is living now?

Remember that? Yeah.
This is not to excuse what Trump did, or the alleged obstruction, but the fact that it was ginned up to be such a scandal makes it damn hard to avoid applying the Trump Standard to Biden, while preventing the Clinton Standard's application to Trump.
Of course, the story is morphing into a few themes:
- It is, actually a nothingburger
- Republicans are pouncing (seizing?) on this
- Justifying the coverage of this story being different from Trump
