There is a house a 1/2 mile from here that has an address that sounds like mine - 117 Saint Annes vs 117 Saint Andrews.

Over the last 2 months we have received more than a dozen Amazon packages that were clearly addressed to them.

They have received several packages that were clearly addressed to us.

We have both delivered the packages to the correct location.

Tonight I contacted Amazon for the 7th time to let them know about the problem. The first 6 times they apologized and promised it would never happen again.

Tonight they told me that I should put special shipping instructions on my orders.

I asked, "What instructions? Something like "deliver to the correct address"?"

They said yes, that would be good.

Of course the Indian accents were so thick I only caught about every other word.

That’s aggravating. They need to keep that in mind when numbering homes in neighborhoods.

            Education is extremely important.

One of the houses we looked at out in the boonies had an almost identical address to a different house - the GPS actually took us to the wrong place, and the realtor said 'oh, that happens all the time, they often get the wrong mail'.

It was actually a negative in deciding whether to buy it

              I was only joking

Maybe spell yours “St Andrew’s” instead of “Saint”. Might make them look twice?

My town has a Palisade Street and a Palisade Avenue. Imagine the mess that creates.

I’m told everyone knows their st/ave house number twin family very well.
