I had an AI graphically render TNCR.

I've been screwing around with Skynet Midjourney. Basically the name of the game is to understand how to use prompts to get it to do what you want. So, for example, in order to get this:

There are two steps:

1. Be savvy enough with the prompts to know to type a minimalist contemporary cafe with a large round zen window view of a starry nebula, interior environment design, contempoary furniture, candlelight, 8k, octane render, arch viz, modern, space opera, ray traced, medium format
2. Spend an assload of time going through the suggested versions Midjourney comes up with, upvoting and downvoting, remixing, refining, picking variations until it gets closer to what you want.

I didn't do any of that shit.

My process:

1. I went back to some of our archives and found examples of when we've described this place to newbies. I used some of that language as initial prompts. Because why not.
2. I also made some shit up just because I felt like it. For example, "Jon brags about his Bösendorfer" and "Klaus sucks at piano" were two initial prompts used for some of the images below, and it was bananas how they were interpreted, so I just ran with them.
3. I tried to refine shit up to a point, but I didn't want to sit at a terminal for hours. So, sorry, half-ass efforts here.

Anyway, here are some AI abominations renderings of TNCR.

Just yesterday I was also playing around with Midjourney via some weird Discord interface. It's a cool system.

Right? One of those prompts was something like, "piano forum, like old coffee room, -no biker bar." Weird. I wonder what it stole pulled from.

Good guess! It's actually the last one if you can believe it. Right now, Midjourney is very good at interpreting visual nouns, and clear, visual adjectives. "Bragging about" obviously tripped it up quite a bit.
