          What's really hilarious about all this is that we all think there's such a thing as conservative vs liberal judges. Most of them really don't view their work in those terms. They have a completely different set of reasons for holding the legal opinions they have on gun rights, abortion, gay marriage, etc.

They have a completely different set of reasons for holding the legal opinions they have on gun rights, abortion, gay marriage, etc.

              @Jolly Sure there are, but the reason behind the lines they draw don't follow the politics of the other two branches. Really at all.
