Seems like hypocrisy. But, i think we are all guilty of that, depending on which side we like.

What's really hilarious about all this is that we all think there's such a thing as conservative vs liberal judges. Most of them really don't view their work in those terms. They have a completely different set of reasons for holding the legal opinions they have on gun rights, abortion, gay marriage, etc.

Judges can fool you. Take Breyer, for example. But most of the time, especially depending on how they see the Constitution, there most definitely are liberal judges and conservative judges.
Always remember, Operation Valkyrie was an act of sedition.
