(As for me, I haven't made 100,000 pizzas in my day, but I think I've squarely made it past 10k, so I never got the "pizza at home" bug. I'm quite happy having other people make mine basically forever onward.)

Yes, pizza crust should have bubbles with some black/dark brown color.
