Been making pizza regularly for a few years now. Bought a pizza stone when I first started. Disaster.
Decided to bring it out of early retirement today.

Yep - pesto, mozza then I threw some prosciutto on it after.
Dough from scratch - it’s Kenji’s recipe for NY style pizza dough (made it on Monday, I think).

(As for me, I haven't made 100,000 pizzas in my day, but I think I've squarely made it past 10k, so I never got the "pizza at home" bug. I'm quite happy having other people make mine basically forever onward.)

Yes, pizza crust should have bubbles with some black/dark brown color.
