@jon-nyc I just discovered it late this week. One of the lawyers I sort of follow read it in his youtube channel, commenting during the read.
He makes a great comment about the part where the brief cites "A Modest Proposal," while claiming that The Onion is staffed by better, and smarter, writers than Jonathan Swift.
