Hmm. I’m rather on the fence here. I’d have to know the disruption was real and significant, not trumped up.

This got a lot of attention (virtually all positive) in legal circles. It was co-written by top lawyers and onion writers. There was an Advisory Opinions pod episode on it.

He makes a great comment about the part where the brief cites "A Modest Proposal," while claiming that The Onion is staffed by better, and smarter, writers than Jonathan Swift.
