        Ok, yer off the hook. It turned out great. Even MFR who seldom says anything more than “it’s ok.” Said it was really good and had seconds.

        The recipe is:

        I added a little Worcestershire sauce, 2 cloves of garlic and more smoked paprika than it called for. It was a big hit.

            Yeah. I was going to use some rib steak, but it was grass fed and would have taken too long to get it tender.

                  Frozen crushed. But you could use any form. I use these a lot for convenience. No peeling, no spoilage, best flavor.

                    George, do you make Goulash at home? That was another dish my mom used to make that we liked. I'm kind of on a childhood food kick these days. Hers had sour cream in it. Do you have a recipe?

                    Looking at this one. A lot of them I've looked at just look like Johnny Marzetti, beef, tomatoes and Italian seasoning in macaroni.
