The owner owns a successful landscaping company.
We considered it in 1984, but with two small kids in the family, it was beyond our desire to renovate (and it needed it!). If I recall, it had an elevator (!) to the 2nd floor and was owned by the president of the Santa Fe Railroad.
It sold in 1995 for $525K,
It sold in May of this year for $1.4 million.
Designed by William LeBaron Jenney and built in 1888.
