The scent of autumn...

Speaking of autumn, I was in meetings for a whopping 20 hours last week. What I usually do during this time is turn my video feed off and practice guitar.

But I also wrote this to pass the time, so here you go.

Autumn

A weaker light descends and runs
Beneath the branches of the ones
Who’ve seen a hundred seasons.

When summer radiance departs
The leaves escape and drift apart,
Committing minor treasons.
