It's a shame this wasn't deliberate, because that would make this guy an absolute fucking genius. His average view count is under 100. This one's several orders of magnitude more prevalent.

- Starts in portrait mode. Switches to landscape.
- Says to use nice "grass fed butter"
- Misses the pan on the first butter drop
- The burner to the right has major burn/wear
- Who moves butter around with the knife instead of tilting the pan around?
Ok after I watched it
- I'm hungry, it's late at night but still. It came out better than I expected
- I learned that grass-fed butter is a real thing
- Within 9 seconds I found his address and a street view of his house. Probably not wise to use your real name as your youtube channel:

I've been letting my stainless steel set languish for years, having used nothing than my Anolon X non-stick and my cast iron.
Thought I'd try an omelet today.
I used this guys technique...
Link to videoI pre-heated on low/medium heat.
As he suggests - turn it down to low.
Came out perfect. No sticking, and it slid right out of the pan.
