So much to unpack. So far I'm about half-way through:

• The driver could've just gone around the cop to his right initially
• The cop was wrong for blocking the intersection, and wrong for asking for a license (I presume that was the cop's first words) instead of just asking what's up
• From there, the driver/wife made it worse with their own actions and words. Seems like they were looking for a battle instead of being polite and indicating where they were trying to go

BTW, the title of all of this is a bit misleading... the cop isn't blocking the ER directly, and the woman was going to see their doctor to check on the baby... the title implies a cop was preventing a woman in labor from going into the ER entrance. Unfortunately, the video got another click (from me) because of their sensational title

The cop should have quickly figured out that this guy was likely under a lot of stress, had a heavily pregnant woman in the car, was outside the ER, and that these three things were probably connected.

Put two and two together, you jumped-up knobhead.
