OK, so what's better than a mid-afternoon nap?

- Being young enough that you don’t desire an afternoon nap?

Once upon a time, I could think of something way better.
Yesterday, when I was young.

I'm going outside. I may be some time. -

I laid down on the bed in our spare bedroom at about 12:30. I watched some TV, and then turned on some YouTube stream talking about some boring shit.
Rolled over and fell asleep - for an hour.
That's after I had a solid 7 hours of sleep last night (my usual).

I had an hour's nap at 3.30pm today. The benefits of working from home - start work at 6.30, then the late afternoon is my own.

I rarely nap these days (although I wish I could), but it's 50/50 if I feel great when I wake up or if I feel groggy. Either way, I suspect it's quite healthy to have a regular nap each day.
