I'm surprised you wish to align yourself with a stupid policy, that no longer reflects reality.

I'm not. I'm saying I don't care. If you can be fired with or without cause at any given moment, then what the hell difference does it make? People get fired for way less, daily.

If I was going to get irate over stupid reasons to be fired, I'd start with the arbitrary cases, not ones where employees knowingly ignored company policy. That's what makes all of this ridiculous.

Even in At-Will states, there are still some employment protections.
    More in other states.

😄 So you don't believe in mask or vaccine effectiveness, but you do think employee protections actually exist? I've got some stories along with a bridge to sell you.

    Please love yourself.

Ok, boss. Slap one of your female employees on the ass and then fire her.

I have a close family member that was fired shortly after she asked her boss for a reference as part of the child adoption process.

Not in America, obviously, but it could well have been.

                Because we know better now.

We used to kill witches by pressing large stones on them, We don't do much of that now, either.

If I hadn't gotten married, it is likely I'd have allowed myself to be fired at that time. Whether to get vaccinated would have been a different decision. Not supplying proof of vaccination to my employer and accepting the consequences, would have still been on the table, regardless of vax status.

                  Education is extremely important.

My DIL told Fresenius to fire her if they wanted to. Let somebody else do the kidney dialysis work.

The people we fired have all been replaced. Probably much the same elsewhere - you can't just bring people back. A similar argument applies to the majority of the witches.

                        Au contraire, mon cher.

A huge number of those are healthcare and military, both of which are experiencing huge shortfalls right now.

As for witches, they're fulling employed and out hunting right now...
