At least you'll never have to deal with them again. The last 3 times I bought/sold property, I didn't go to the closing. That's what lawyers get paid to do.

Every workout I can get through without an injury is a workout I am thankful I could do. I don’t take any of them for granted in my deteriorating orthopedic state.

My pond at night. Water level is low now. It’ll be more full after all the construction is done, or if we get some rain. After the construction, they begin maintaining the water level.

Thanks Friday! It’s not distracting. I’m usually watching something in my iPad anyway. If I look up, I fall over. Still developing my treadmill balance. I’ve never used them before, and I got this one especially for its incline, which makes balancing harder.
