    Hurdler got disqualified form “false start” because he started 99 milliseconds AFTER the starting gun has been fired, because the rules says any start less than 100 milliseconds after the gun was fired is to be deemed a “false start.”

      The runners practice constantly to improve their reaction speed. Maybe he is just that good. I would be curious to the science behind this rule. No problem with the rule, but let's see the data that no one can react faster than 0.1 seconds.
