Tomorrow I am going to Cambridge for work. I assume some sort of outreach program where we’ll teach them to dig wells and build huts. Not really my specialty, but any first worlder will probably seem magical to them with all that technological know how. I already preordered for two dinners where the menus featured pudding on both the starter section and the dessert section. I ordered the pudding from the dessert section because I am smart. I would like to bring back something special for my wife. Anybody have suggestions for a gift I can bring back? We would have gone together but couldn’t get a visa on time. This was short notice.

    Education is extremely important.

Flowers, get them at the arrival airport for maximum freshness and minimum logistical hassle.

Have a save and pleasant trip.

          Backup plan: Jewelry.
Most major airports near big cities have jewelry stores.

I hear they have a nice school there. Maybe a college Tshirt?

That's a good idea. I could get us each one. We have a pair from her Missouri alma mater.

There should be a ton of touristy shops there, it's a really nice university city.

Just don't let any of the toffs de-bag you.

English people, particularly women, love to be complemented on the tightness of their fanny. It might seem a bit forward, but remember the British are just so laid back about that kind of thing.
